Welcome to the January 18, 2008 edition of e3 carnival of health and wellness. I apologize for being late on this. I let things get in the way sometimes, but I woke up bright and early Monday morning to get this done.
I tried to separate out some of the articles, so you will notice that the first set is discussing weight loss and exercise. This is followed by a set discussing addiction to drugs and alcohol.
